@Jill Hart - I find a good application of this for me personally is to lie on my bed and meditate breathing in through my nose on a 5 count and slowly breathing out through pursed lips on 6 or 7 count for a few minutes. Then, I like to grab my headphones and put on some meditation music - or if you'd rather something like the album Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here - and continue meditating on the existence of my mind in safe internal space.

If you are crazy it certainly makes two of us! When I'm "crazy" a bit of company sometimes soothes my soul. So, thank you for your insightful words and a bit of company on this "Easy Like Sunday Morning"

Namaste 🙏

oh, I love the embellishment! and Pink Floyd brings back a flood of memories many included different states of being. Two very distinct memories - one in 8th grade in a room with lots of speakers when surround sound was first coming into being. My music instructor Frank Becker - played a pieces where the intro circles around the room. "On the Run" from their iconic 1973 album The Dark Side of the Moon. The second - smoking dope in a car in back of a bar in Hawaii in the late 70s listening to Another Brick in the Wall… Thank you for sharing your thoughts and application… and love having the company.
