The Visibility Formula: Step-by-Step
Getting visible isn’t about shouting louder—it’s about being strategic. Here’s how to do it:
Clarify Your Core Message
What transformation do you offer? (Covered in the Strategic Podcast Guesting Workshop)
Who is your ideal audience? (Find out where they are tuning into podcasts so you can get featured on them - the Alchemist’s Guide to Podcast Audiences & the Best Be a Guest Directory)
Why should people listen to YOU? (Make a list of all the skills, certifications, awards, and accomplishments you achieved - now pick the top 1-2 and create 1-2 sentences where you share that. It could be part of your title, or bio)
Craft Your What Do You Do Statement:
I (help/empower) (your ideal client) achieve/find/get (specific transformation offered/results) without (insert thing they don’t have to give up or need; to achieve the result) or you can insert a time frame to see the results.
Example:
“Julie Margerie - The Get Your Body Back Coach - Having had 5 children and bounced back each time to my ideal weight, I share the strategies I’ve uncovered to help busy new moms lose the excess baby weight in 60 days without having to go to the gym or spend hours on cardo or restrictive dieting.”

Your Audience Matters
It’s actually very easy to get featured on podcasts or to start your own podcast - however if you are adding to the cacophony that is the world of marketing online, you’re simply shouting into the void.
The podcasts you get featured on matter…
People can and will “binge” you. By that I mean if they find you on a podcast, and like what they heard they will search for more content you’ve created.
You need to have a cohesive message across all platforms.
Like Tedx - you need to have 1 big idea that you share in a handful of ways.
It’s also why you need to be qualifying podcasts you are thinking of being featured on - not all podcasts are created equally.
Not all podcasts will benefit you by being featured on them. In fact, most of the podcasts created don’t make it past a few episodes recorded or reach more than a handful of people.
